An 8-Week Homeschool Enrichment Program for Grades 1–12
At Inside Out Lab, we empower students in Grades 1 through 12 to develop the skills they need to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. Our unique enrichment program focuses on building essential Executive Functioning and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) skills in small, supportive peer groups.
Through age-appropriate instruction, hands-on activities, and real-world practice, students learn how to:

Grades 1–12 | 8-Week Social Emotional & Executive Function Series: Nurturing focus, flexibility, and friendship from the inside out
Inside Out Lab is a homeschool enrichment program designed to help students better understand their brains, bodies, and emotions through engaging, hands-on experiences.
This 8-week series supports personal growth and self-awareness by teaching real-life executive functioning and social-emotional strategies in a supportive, peer-based setting.
Students across all grade levels build essential tools to manage their time, handle big emotions, collaborate with others, and take ownership of their learning—all while having fun!
With age-appropriate cohorts and a flexible, strength-based approach, Inside Out Lab empowers learners to grow from the inside out—developing the confidence and capacity to navigate both school and life with greater ease.
