Founder and Owner
Renalani Moodley, OTR/L, MHPrac, ADHD-RSP, ASDCS is an occupational therapist, neurodivergent parenting consultant, and certified Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) Trainer based in Lake Forest, CA. She is the founder of Neurodivergent Parent Support Services (NDPSS), where she provides clinical OT evaluations, comprehensive executive function assessment, sensory-motor intervention, parent coaching, and school consultation for neurodivergent children and families across California.
Renal's practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework, integrating sensory processing, interoceptive awareness, and executive function — with specialised training in evidence-based approaches including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Cogmed Working Memory Training, executive function strategies, and Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction (EBLI). As a certified CPS Trainer through Think:Kids at Massachusetts General Hospital, she supports families and professionals in building collaborative, connection-based approaches to behaviour and regulation — and brings formal CPS training directly to school communities.
Her work bridges clinical OT practice and family advocacy, helping neurodivergent children access the support they need across home, school, and community settings.

Mayra Guerrero
Family Support Coordinator
I live in Mission Viejo with my husband and our three incredible neurodiverse children. As a devoted stay-at-home mom, I homeschool my eldest, who has higher support needs, and find joy in watching each of my children grow in their own unique ways.
As a neurodivergent parent myself, I have firsthand experience navigating a neurotypical world while supporting my children’s diverse needs. I understand the stress, emotional burnout, and moments of feeling misunderstood that often accompany this journey. When people say that autism is a spectrum, it deeply resonates with me—it captures the beautiful variety of experiences and strengths within our community.
I am constantly seeking tools and strategies to support my children and myself, and sharing what I learn with fellow parents has become a true passion. When I’m not homeschooling or organizing, you’ll find me outdoors with my family—exploring trails, discovering hidden gems, and soaking in the beauty of nature together.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, I bring over 10 years of personal development experience and more than 20 years in customer service. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that support me daily as both a parent and active community member. In recent years, I’ve also discovered a passion for planning and hosting events for a personal development school—creating meaningful, enriching experiences that bring people together and inspire growth.
Through my own experience accessing support services such as the Regional Center, IHSS, and similar programs, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the systems available to families of neurodiverse children. I’m deeply grateful and excited to join NDPSS, where I look forward to continuing to learn, serve, and grow alongside this wonderful community.
