Renalani Moodley, OTR/L,
Founder and Owner
My name is Renal, and I am the Founder of NDPSS. I have been an Occupational Therapist for nearly 23 years, working in a variety of clinical settings with individuals of diverse neurotypes. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science (Occupational Therapy)and a Master’s Degree in Health Practice (Rehabilitation) from the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. Over the years, I have also served as OTA adjunct faculty at Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA, and as the OTA Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Pima Medical Institute in Las Vegas.
I am a Certified ADHD Rehab Service Provider, Certified ASD Clinical Specialist, Certified PDA North America provider, Think:Kids Collaborative Problem Solving® certified, Certified Neurodiversity Coach, and I am currently completing my Ayres Sensory Integration certification with the Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration.
My greatest achievement, of course, is being a mom to my amazing neurodivergent 7-year-old. Parenting him has been an incredible and humbling learning curve that launched me fully into the world of neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed practice. I am grateful every day for the chance to learn from him, and I bring that lived experience together with my clinical expertise to empower other parents to be their child’s greatest advocate.
I also understand how a parent’s own neurodivergence and executive functioning skills impact not only their personal well-being but the well-being of their entire family. This is why my greatest professional passion is learning, teaching, and advocating for understanding Executive Function and the neuroscience behind it—how it impacts everyday life skills, emotional regulation, relationships, and family dynamics.
I know firsthand what it’s like to raise a neurodivergent child in a neurotypical world. I’m in the trenches alongside you—working to pave the path toward a more inclusive, compassionate, and neurodiverse-affirming world for my family and yours.

Mayra Guerrero
Family Support Coordinator
I live in Mission Viejo with my husband and our three incredible neurodiverse children. As a devoted stay-at-home mom, I homeschool my eldest, who has higher support needs, and find joy in watching each of my children grow in their own unique ways.
As a neurodivergent parent myself, I have firsthand experience navigating a neurotypical world while supporting my children’s diverse needs. I understand the stress, emotional burnout, and moments of feeling misunderstood that often accompany this journey. When people say that autism is a spectrum, it deeply resonates with me—it captures the beautiful variety of experiences and strengths within our community.
I am constantly seeking tools and strategies to support my children and myself, and sharing what I learn with fellow parents has become a true passion. When I’m not homeschooling or organizing, you’ll find me outdoors with my family—exploring trails, discovering hidden gems, and soaking in the beauty of nature together.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, I bring over 10 years of personal development experience and more than 20 years in customer service. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that support me daily as both a parent and active community member. In recent years, I’ve also discovered a passion for planning and hosting events for a personal development school—creating meaningful, enriching experiences that bring people together and inspire growth.
Through my own experience accessing support services such as the Regional Center, IHSS, and similar programs, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the systems available to families of neurodiverse children. I’m deeply grateful and excited to join NDPSS, where I look forward to continuing to learn, serve, and grow alongside this wonderful community.
